1. Acceptance of terms
By using the SmartTheorie platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of the service
The platform provides training materials and a simulation of the Dutch driving theory exam (CBR) plus an AI coach. The content is for education and preparation, is not a substitute for the official CBR exam, and does not guarantee that you will pass.
3. The AI coach (EVA)
The AI coach's answers may contain errors or outdated information. The official rules issued by the competent Dutch authorities (CBR / RDW) always take precedence. Check official sources when in doubt.
4. Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. Paid subscriptions are activated after payment is completed and provided according to the chosen plan.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed via secure payment providers. The refund policy is subject to applicable Dutch and EU law.
6. Acceptable use
Misusing the platform, attempting to hack it, or reselling its content without written permission is prohibited.
7. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect as soon as they are published on the site.
