Delete your account and data

Delete from inside the app
Open “Profile & subscription” → “Delete account”, then confirm. Your account and learning data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Delete by email
If you cannot sign in, send a request from your registered email address to info@madanl.com with the subject “Delete account”. We complete it within 30 days at most (usually within days).
What gets deleted
Your name and email address, your progress and exam results, your conversations with the EVA AI coach, and your preferences. Deletion cannot be undone.
What we keep and why
We keep invoicing and payment records (amount, date, transaction id) for as long as Dutch and EU law requires for accounting and tax purposes — seven years. These records are not used for marketing and are not linked to your learning activity after deletion.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Turn off auto-renew in your store account settings before deleting.
