SmartTheorie
A platform for preparing the Dutch driving theory exam (CBR — category B licence) in three languages: Arabic, English and Dutch. We provide 16 mock exams (832 questions) with photos of the traffic situations and instant explanations, a traffic sign encyclopaedia, Dutch pronunciation on every question, and an AI coach (EVA).

Our mission
Many residents in the Netherlands fail the theory exam because of the language, not the traffic rules. We explain the rule in your language and train you on it in Dutch — so you walk into the exam confident.
